One the best perks in homeschooling is we get to go traveling anytime.
And when it's off season, prices are less and the crowds are
smaller-better for us all around:) This year we decided to venture into
American history in and around Williamsburg, VA. Of course we needed
plenty of stops along the way (driving of course) to stretch little
legs. Our initial plan was to stop in St Augustine our first day, but
it took us a LONG time just to get out of town and on the road. So, our
first day we drove straight thru to Florence, SC. The next morning we
got up and headed into Fayetteville, NC to the Airborne &
Special Forces Museum. Great boy museum!
